Our Services

  • We are local to the north shore of sydney and use specialised equipment and software to do batch scanning at high resolution - making this an efficient and cost effective way to digitise your photos

  • We can scan images as small as credit card size up to A4 (210mm x 297mm)

  • 600 dpi (dots per inchs) provides a high level of detail and resolution, making them suitable for various purposes including: printing, archiving, printing in photobooks, viewing on screens or digitial photo frames and sharing on social media

  • You will receive 2 versions of every photo - an original unaltered version and a colour optimised version with improved colour balance, saturation, contrast and brightness of image

  • We scan the photos in the order you provide them

  • Our equipment allows us to scan the reverse side of your images meaning any handwritten notes are captured and filed with the photo image

  • We recommend grouping your photos and providing file names to group them together electronically e.g. 2004_Christmas

Pricing

  • Shoebox Scanning:

    $0.30 / photo

    We offer a flat rate of $0.30 / photo for shoebox scanning.

    Photos must be sorted into sizes and

    Orientated the same way

  • Photo Album Scanning:

    $0.50 / photo

    If you have photos in albums and no time to remove them - we can remove them and scan.

    Photos will be returned bundled and the empty albums can be returned or disposed of responsibly.

    Prints can be placed back in the photo album - price on application

Minimum order of $50.

Files provided via a downloadable link which will be available for 3 months.

Prints can be transferred to USB drive for an additional $10

FAQs

  • Photos must be:

    • In a good condition

    • Square or Rectangular

    • Free of tape, sticky dots, staples, backing mounts

  • Prepare photos by:

    • Remove from photo albums (additional service available if you do not have time to remove)

    • Sorting by size

    • Orientating all the same way

    • If you wish to group photos - separate them (index card of the like) with the folder name e.g. 2004_Christmas

  • Prints are scanned at 600 dpi (dots per inch). A scan of a standard 4 x 6 photo gives you a jpeg file between 3-6mb.

  • Payment is made only once the scanning is complete. Once complete we will send you an invoice with the exact total. Payment can be made via bank transfer / direct deposit or cash (on collection). Once payment is received your original photos are returned and you will receive a downloadable link with your photos.

    A USB Thumb Drive can be provided for an additional $10

  • You can drop off and pick up from our location in Chatswood West. Please call or email to arrange. We can collect and drop off your box within 5km of Chatswood for a $15 fee (this $ is not included in minimum orders)

  • Of course. Once payment is received you will get your prints back within a few days
